Last night's Tamale Pie

A variation on several search results on Tamale Pie, but mostly inspired by this recipe. Used ground turkey, two cans of fire roasted tomatoes with green chilies. Garlic, paprika, cumin, enchilada sauce, chili powder, whole corn kernals, a can of black beans, with a top and bottom crust of corn bread. All of it cooked in The Ref's deep dish cast iron skillet. A little sprinkling of cheese and it's perfect!
YUM.
'Course, we'll be eating it for days. Next time, I'll split the recipe and cook two separate pies. Or maybe in large ramekins.... hmm...
